Founder & Coach
Coming late to athletics after having my right foot amputated, I felt joy in learning that I was capable of doing more than I thought possible. As a teenager, this joy translated into a desire to help empower others, to provide people with the opportunity to empower themselves and feel the confidence that comes with realizing potential. Playing lacrosse in high school, being on the Alpine Ski Team in college, competing in a wide variety of sports and endeavors around the world for the last 25 years, I am inspired by the hard work and dedication of the athletes and people I work with.
After college I began helping others prepare themselves for competition in various ways. Whether that was helping NCAA playoff teams with plyometric workouts, coaching complex white water kayaking tricks, or introducing a future DI athlete to the olympic lifts, for me, the goal has always been the same – to help someone realize their own powers to shape and control their future.
For over 25 years I have been fortunate enough to work with athletes of all ages and abilities, helping them to continue their journey improving themselves, becoming more competent and confident, achieving their athletic goals. From someone’s very first day of training, to winning titles and championships, the focus has always been on empowering athletes to do and be more than they thought they could.

As a lifelong athlete and coach, I have a passion for movement, competition, and helping others push past their limits. I was a three-sport varsity athlete at Colby College, where I played Field Hockey, Ice Hockey, and Lacrosse. During my time there, I had the opportunity to compete in multiple NESCAC tournaments, win a NESCAC championship, and play in an NCAA tournament game—experiences that shaped how I approach training, teamwork, and resilience.
After college, I shifted my focus to endurance running. When I turned 25, I completed a personal goal to run 25 races that year. I’ve finished two marathons and learned a lot about discipline, mental toughness, and how to train with purpose. Over the past six years, I’ve gotten deeper into Olympic lifting and multi-modal training. I love combining strength, power, and conditioning in ways that challenge both the body and mind.
For 15 years, I’ve coached athletes of all ages across a range of sports. Whether I’m working with beginners or seasoned competitors, my goal is always the same: to help people become more confident, capable, and connected to their training.
