What types of programs do you offer?

Where is your facility?
Our programs take place in the Schmaltz Wellness Center at St. George’s School. The school is located at 372 Purgatory Road, Middletown, RI 02842.
What will I have access to?
You will have access to our full wellness facility, which includes cardio machines, an eight-station rig with accompanying barbells, dumbbells/kettlebells, cable machines, and more! In addition, programs can take place in the adjoining field house, wood court, turf fields and other school facilities.
What should I bring to my first training session?
We encourage athletes to bring clean training shoes and a water bottle to each of their training sessions.
